You have the finest technicians in the business and I always, consistently get the best services! They are experienced and really know what they are doing!
This was the second year that I've treated myself to a holiday Red Door experience and this time was even better than the last. The staff was INCREDIBLY accommodating. I had a bit of a stomach bug on the day of my appointment and was debating on whether or not to call them to see if I could schedule for the next day. At that point, they called to confirm my appointment for the day, I explained that I wasn't feeling well and they were gracious enough to switch all 3 services to an appointment the next day. I got the Arden Standard Facial from Mila and it was amazing, even better than the one I got last year. I always learn something about skincare during my appointment and this time was no exception. My skin looked so amazing that, when I reapplied my makeup before leaving, I didn't even need to use foundation. Seriously, my skin had NEVER looked that good! Afterwards, Debbie gave me a paraffin treatment for my hands and, as always, they looked and FELT so much better afterwards. Not to mention that she went above and beyond and fixed a chip in my 3 day old manicure! Thanks so much, Debbie! The highlight was the Seasonal Massage. I have to say that Tuesday gave the most wonderful massage that I've ever had and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to feel like a new person when they walk out of the spa. The coffee scrub, followed by the massage, left my skin soft and moisturized and my muscles soothed and relaxed. Really, I don't have the vocabulary to express how refreshed I felt after Tuesday finished with me! All in all, I felt like 10 years had been exfoliated away by the time I left the spa. I am definitely going to carry on this tradition of pampering myself once a year and I only hope that these same ladies will be there next year!
Debbie (mani/pedi) and Margaret (facial) are simply the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
The entrance to Red Door Salon & Spa is actually on Walton Street as opposed to its street address, which indicates North Michigan. You will enter what appears to be a small office building lobby and will take an elevator up to the salon. Perhaps known to only those who should know. I had a massage. Nice experience. Nice setting. Nice service. Pricing appropriate to its class. Treat yourself.

I had my hair and make-up done on Friday 9/28/18. I was in Chicago for my son's wedding and did not want to have to deal with my own hair and makeup. Both Kimberly and Caitlyn were wonderful. They were professional, friendly and wanted to be sure that my expectations were fully met. I had so many compliments all evening. On Saturday when I finally took the bobby pins out I had beautiful soft curls in my hair all day. I really can't thank you enough. I will certainly return if the occasion arises. Sincerely, Paula Pisarski
I've been going to this salon for many many years. I've had all manner of treatments and am always thrilled with my visits. The staff are personable, approachable and very thoughtful. The salon is clean, and the prices though seem a tad high are fair given the service you're receiving.
Love Sarah R. for manicures & pedicures. She is THE best <3
Wonderful experience and very professional. Started with changing and relaxing in the quiet area near changing room. Get shoes and soft robe. Mini massage was professionally done - worked all the kinks out in my shoulders! Nice touch at the end with the hot towel on the feet. Cucunber or lemon Water or tea available. Then the essential pedicure and manicure as well. Tech was very sweet and did a professional job of my nails. Worked hard on my rough feet. The only downside to the whole experience was my own fault - I didnt leave enough time to get there so I was about 5 mins late. I felt rushed. It wasn't busy but I could tell I was behind - as the nail tech sped through my nails and the massage was cut short. Next time I'll allow plenty of time for traffic and get there at least 30 mins early. Michigan Avenue is the worst for traffic pretty much any time of year. All in all a great experience.
